REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept opened packages as a return, there are no refunds for opened items. Only unopened items may be returned as a refund. Cartridges may not be returned.

Only items found to be defective may be exchanged for the same item if done within the first 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase from eSmokerz is necessary.
